Leah Randolph, MA, completed her graduate work in health education and worked at the University of North Carolina School of Public Health. Her research was centered on behavior change and disease prevention. She combines a background in fitness, health promotion, and worksite wellness with a deep interest in mindfulness to create a supportive and transforming environment for health coaching. She encourages patients to think of health not as just being fit, but as being whole.
Leah completed the Integrative Health Coaching Professional Training program and the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program at Duke University Integrative Medicine. After growing up as a competitive gymnast, she performed with Purdue University's Repertory Dance Company during her undergraduate years. She is a certified personal trainer, Pilates and yoga instructor. Leah's favorite pastimes include spending time outdoors in the sunshine and hiking the beautiful Arizona terrain.
